Avoid this store if at all possible. I would give it a negative star rating if possible. The management and with the exception of a select few employees are extremely rude. I have seen them falsely accuse customers of shopliftin without actually checking and making sure they have the correct person. The current manager Amber is the WORST Store Manager I've ever seen in this location and I have lived in the area for 30 years. I believe her rude Behavior and poor service is part of the example that causes the entire staff of that location to be rude, disrespectful unconcerned with any sort of customer service.

The store manager is rude!!! He treats people poor, no smile, no thank you, and no help. The co- manager there is awful, she refuses to notice customers and when she does see them she comes to help out the lines on "her" own terms. After she finally gets there she won't stop talking! At that point it is so hard to actually leave the store because of her conversing on pointless stuff. The other staff members have all seemed to be great.

Most employees are very nice. But the assistance manager is a joke. To important to finish out her line of customers. After three people were waited on. There was two of us left. She put her closed bar up!! So we had to go wait all over again in another line. What an increditable rude manager!

Some people are very nice at this particular speedway. I am a very frequent customer. But I have noticed that because I am so familiar, the employees think that I won't mind if they suddenly need to close their register right after I have been waiting 10 mins in line. I find myself always having to wait in line at this speedway, day and night. The menomenee falls speedway is much more pleasan. And I also heard that the employees had been poking fun at me and my boyfriend who go to this speedway everyday. If you don't appreciate our business, we will go somewhere else.
