I went here to get some help with a kidney stone. I filled out the requested forms and waited. A half hour later the receptionist informed me that the credit card machine was down and I would have to pay the up front fee in cash. I asked how long they expected the machine to be down. She indicated it had been down for a month! Why has this office had to wait a month and more to have a simple issue like a malfunctioning credit card machine fixed? Why -- especially since I indicated that I was suffering from a kidney stone, an exceptionally painful condition -- was I not told of this problem until a half hour had passed? Is there so little concern for patients that they are not told of these things so that if they need to seek help elsewhere, they can do so? Go around the corner to the Health Central clinic instead.
