we purchased a second home in WG and didn't want to spend a lot for a seasonal home. We've furnished our home with the majority of items from Deco. Very fair prices for used items and great service. We continue to visit them every time we're here.

At first I was pleased with the customer service when I was in the store. I was interested in placing some items on consignment. I spoke with a nice woman who explained their policies clearly and gave me information to take home. One piece of information that was required by me was pricing expectations. The store sells nothing over $399 and they split the take 50/50. Meaning that the person consigning will never get more than 199.5. I had hoped to get $175 for my item (after the 50/50 split) and was told that this was beyond their sales range. Let me reiterate this was my hope. I had expected to hear that this was either reasonable or perhaps be given a different amount. It is unfortunate that they are unable to work within their own policy. Mind you, the original contact was in person and the later response from them was electronic. I would also like to point out how unprofessional it is to never use a capital letter. It looks uneducated.
