We had a terrible experience with Ocilla Trailers, LLC. We custom ordered a race trailer and paid half up front. No one responds to your calls and avoids you at al costs. After hounding the hell out of them, we were told the trailer is ready to be picked up, 3 weeks past the completion date. Once we get there (298 miles away in Georgia), it didn't have what we had custom ordered. Theyoffered to have the trailer delivered the next weekend. Once the trailer showed up, the electrical was screwed up, front of the trialer was dented up, a/c was never hooked up, hand prints all over the walls and ceiling. holes in the loading door looks like someone punched through it with a screwdriver, cabinet doors were not adjusted. do D-rings to hold down the car. Sharp edges on all the customer ramp overs. The list is long. It took me a week to get the trailer in usable condition. Knowing what I know now, I would have spent the extra money to have another company build my trailer. I thought I was making a wise choice by ordering what I wanted and not settling on a used trailer. I put my race season on hold, waiting for this. This company should be ashamed of themselves with how they handle their customers. They should definitely look into different manufacturers and vendors. They took no responsibility for the delay in my purchase, It was ALWAYS someone else's fault. Well, I put 100% of the blame on Ocilla Racing, LLC and Zane Childers. These are the people he chooses to hire, and the vendors that he sublets to. I have no clue as to how Ocilla Trailers is still in business with how they avoid heat. As an owner, I look forward to seeing Ocilla Racing LLC customers be the most satisfied customer in the industry. That is a crock! He avoids his customers, at all costs! At no point, have I heard from him..
