HORRIBLE!!! My freezer was working but made noise. They came in, moved groceries from in front of the fan, chipped away some ice and charged $200. When I complained, they said they would leave my freezer disassembled if I didn't pay. I'm nearly eighty years old. They didn't repair or replace anything. I paid $200 for something that could have been resolved by them telling me to defrost my freezer. Don't let these people near your house. They will take your money for nothing.

I have had Appliance Doctor to my house in Long Beach to fix my refrigerator, washing machine and air conditioners. Ten years ago, I lived in Oceanside and they worked on my air conditioners there too. They are reasonable, fast and very, very neat. Best of all, I never have to wait long at all to see a service person. This company is very well established in the area and has an A+ reputation for all the right reasons.

This is the worst busissnes in town, not to mention a major rip off. Infact, Dr. Ron is a total rip off. Don't let the dr. bag or his scub shirt impress you. Most of all he does not stand behind his repair. You would be better off calling Sears,at least they stand behind there work. I prefer to give my money to a local busisness, but Appliance Doctor doesn't deseve anyones busisness. Especially when I had to call them back after 30 days and he still wanted to charge me. Be smart and use anyone else other than this busissnes. The Doctor is "OUT".....You get fiive Stars that should be closer to the moon and out of the appliance repair busisnes....
I've had my refrigerator & stove repaired by The Appliance Doctor, I was extremely impressed at their service and prices ~ unbelievably cheap! And great quality work! His office staff was very polite and helpful when I placed my service call, they have very quick service. It was a pleasure to deal with The Appliance Doctor and would highly recommend them, and of course use them for any appliance repair I may need in the future. Thank you Appliance Doctor!
I was recommended to the Appliance doctor through a friend. I've been using them for, at least, the past 12 years for my own house and for rental property I own. They have serviced stoves, dishwashers and refrigerators. I find them reliable and the pricing is fair. What I most appreciate is that Ronnie, the owner, will tell me when it's cheaper to replace the appliance as opposed to soaking me for a big repair bill for an appliance that will only break down again in a couple of months. Highly recommended.

I had my fridge fixed by them in feb. they came to my house the same day. the price was very cheap and the service was great. i don't think i have ever met nicer people.
