I made a special order and they accommodated me despite the fact that it was an inconvenience to them as they did not have this item in stock. The order was delivered on time, perfect, exactly what we needed. When we picked up the order we spotted a large, beautiful beef rib eye section, so we asked for a 2 inch steak. The steak was superb - absolutely delicious and on par with any steakhouse. Well marbled, and very tender, juicy and sweet. This is an old-school butcher shop staffed with dedicated people. They have lots of excellent meats, pasta, sauces, etc. Very neat and well run and they believe in customer service. I highly recommend this store!

PS - We also got some chopped meat. Believe me, you won't find this quality in the supermarket!

Best chopmeat, chicken cutlets and filet mignon ever! To make chopmeat he weighs the meat then grinds it fresh for you! The cutlets are clean when he weighs them! Best butcher around.
