Fraud Thief Conman!

The owner Bobby Zigman committed fraud and ripped me off!! He sold me a VW bug using one of his employees as the fraudulent straw seller. Using his employee's Ebay account with a 99% positive rating, Bobby showed me pictures of a clean VW and said that he was the owner for the past five years, and the car was in great shape and kept garaged for the last 5 years. In reality the pictures were a lie, the car had water damage on the convertible top and the seats. It had deep rot rust throughout the whole car, inside and out!! The whole floor was rusted out all the way through to the ground and the front seats were even rusted solid in the tracks.

I paid $1,000 to ship the car. I sent him pictures once I got the car showing all the rust. Originally he said he would return my money back. He never did.

The worst part is that he verbally berated me the whole time and accused me of trying to take advantage of him. He was mean nasty and a horrible person to deal with. I was only putting up with it because I thought I was getting a good deal on the car.

I believe him to be a horrible dishonest human being. He lied and took advantage of me just to make a buck. Do not ever do business with him.

I had a very nice experience with this body shop. I brought my subaru forester in for a fender bender. The manager Rich was very proffessional. He gave me an excellent price to repair the car. I was surprised he said he was going to use all brand new parts, including a new fender and bumper. I thought he might of tried to fix the fender, but no he told me right away he was going to put new parts on. He also explained that these parts were aftermarket. That didnt bother me at all. He said I would have to leave the car from Monday to Friday. I was wondering if it was going to be completed on time, because I had to rent a car for the week. But there was no need to worry. In fact they called me on Thursday, one day early and said the car was ready! When I picked up the car I was thrilled that they were able to match the paint so well. You cant even tell the fender was repainted. This place is highly recommender for price, service, quality, and reliability.
