Greenbrier Village is a beautiful new integrated supportive housing community for low-income individuals and individuals experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness. Developed between National CORE and the San Diego Community Housing Corporation (SDCHC), Greenbrier Village provides 60 studio and one-bedroom apartment homes for residents. Providing onsite supportive services to help residents maintain housing stability. Located in Oceanside, Greenbrier Village features a spacious community center for resident activities, private offices for case management services, an outdoor terrace, a community garden, a fire pit, and laundry facilities.
