[9/7/2012] We had an expertly-prepared, wonderfully delicious lunch of made-to-order shrimp salad sandwiches and flavorful cream of crab soup brimming with huge lumps of backfin. Andrew served us attentively and with much diplomacy. It seems the weekday lunch ladies were behaving badly again, and carried on loud, obnoxious conversations to the dismay of other patrons. We moved away from an outlandishly rude group of three on the porch, only to encounter another similar performance by a woman in the dining room. Love the food, but the atmosphere detracts so much from the enjoyment of a good meal that we shy away from establishments with no control over this important part of the dining experience.

What a lovely little place! I was most appreciative of the gluten-free menu! Great food, great atmosphere, great service!

I will not return. I am a coffee feign and foodie but this little cafe did not met the expectations it promised to deliever. Reasons: Service was slow and unprofessional. Not baristas or waitresses. Also, the food was sparce. A fruit cup came with about 9 pieces of small fruit for $4 dollars. The $8 breakfast sandwich was okay but the homefries were sparce...I counted 7 pieces. What is that? I would not recommend wasting your time or hard earned money.

What an experience! This place is a true gem: the atmosphere, the deliciously made food, the service...everything about it made our family's outing super special. The place is unassuming at first but once we got inside we could see just how unique and charming the place is. It was refreshing to be among such friendly, attentive staff and enjoy food that was both tasty and wholesome. We recommended it to all of our friends and family!
