I took my son's brand new dress Polo shirt and new Polo khaki pants here to be pressed only for his Spring Formal. They said the clothes would be ready Friday after 5:00 (Spring Formal was Saturday, and his group of friends had activities planned for the entire day). Friday night, as I was getting his clothes together, I took them out of the bag and noticed a large, circle stain on the entire back of his white shirt; it looked like a water or steam stain. Also, 2 buttons were melted and crumbled apart. The pants had a stain on them that looked like someone's fingerprints. I had no choice but to treat the stains, wash and iron the clothes myself, and replace the buttons. I called Monday to tell them what happened. They basically said it was my word against theirs, then the girl hung up on me. My bill was $6.27...this is absolutely not about the money. This is about a business being professional and customer oriented enough to make this right without further inconveniencing a customer.

Fair warning, do not bring light color suits to this place. Been a customer with the store for a while, until they ruin my suits and buttons on my shirts are falling/broken off due to poor handling. I was too not worry about the buttons on the shirts because those can be fix.

First they caused some kind of stain on my nice white suit (both of blazer and pant), they had to redo it about 6 times to get rid of the stain. After, it looked a bit worn out after many times of redoing. I have yet to wear that suit again.

I had a beige suit, had what it looks like small specks of spots on the blazer and pant; also smell a bit weird (like steam chemical smell). They tried to redo it multiple times but could not get rid of it. Later on, they said it was not their fault and there was no way they could have cause those spotted specks. I was easy going so I gave them time (3 months) for them to take responsibility and specifically asked for the owner to call me (owner never did call). The store manager said they'll give me $100 in store credit, I told them they can keep that $100 store credit, took back my beige suit, and will not see me again.
