we were excited to find the exact boots we were looking for on their website! Hooray! The next day, we received an email that said our order was canceled. There was no explaination as to why in the email. When I called, I was given the reason (which was satisfactory) but was treated like they didn't have the time of day to talk to me. Obviously, I was upset but the owner did not seem to care. When i offered suggestions as to how to avoid angry customers by placing a disclosure on their website or by making these particular boots unavailable for sale online, I was simply told "I don't know how to do that". I was so infuriated and frustrated but received no apology or even an inkling that they even cared. I was told that if I didn't like it, I could call someone else. To their credit, the money WAS refunded to my credit card immediately.
