I took my boat to Protech AFTER paying another shop $160 to "get my boat motor running and ready for the season".
Tom was able diagnose and repair my motor (multiple problems) running perfectly.
Protech earned my trust and confidence.
This is the first time i have had a repair done by a marine shop and not broken down right after.

i had a problem with my 90 mercury outboard and went to see tom at pro tech i explained what was going on with it with a overheat alarm and he told me what i could do to correct the problem without bringing the motor to him i did what he said and the problem is fixed then i had another problem with a 9.9 johnson that i had to bring it to him and it was repaired a very fair price the staff at protech is knowledgable and courteous good job

This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever experienced in my life. I do not recommend using them. Save your time and money and don't even call them. They showed up without any tools, made an electrical problem worse, and then wanted to charge us for "servicing" the boat. They didn't provide any service and made things worse and then when they wanted to charge me for "service call and service provided" and I challenged it, they use the worst profanity you can imagine. It was crazy how unprofessional and hostile they were and I can't even believe they are still in business. They never expressed any concern for our lack of satisfaction in the work. They didn't care. Not customer focused nor are they mechanically knowledgeable.
