The location is amazing and the public areas are very nice. However this building is in need of MANY updates. When parking under the building, things have fallen on my car. Pipes are held up with duct tape instead of straps. The insulation above the parking area is disgusting and hangs down. I have brought some things to their attention. Things have either been incorrectly fixed or not fixed at all. Whoever is in charge of the maintenance crew needs a wake up call. I rent here every summer and would buy a unit if the association would be better about fixing and updating the ancient mechanics building-wide. Thank you.
