While having dinner with 8 of our friends (divided into 2 tables, 4 at ours) an ENTIRE tray of food was dropped on my husbands head and onto our 18m old son who was sitting between us!!!! The server who was delivering the food had apologized, but he is not the one who is at fault here. The terrible customer service by the management is what will NEVER bring us back!! The food was cleaned from the floor, but not from our table food alllllll over!! Though the manager came to our table and apologized, we had to insist our food be comped it wasnt even offered!!!! We felt it should have been the absolute least they offered!!! An ENTIRE tray of food on my husband and very small son with the tray itself even hitting my husbands head and our son!! Absolutely APPALLING!!! They didnt even offer to comp the food for the couple sitting with us or offer any compensation to our friends who had their food dumped and had to wait forever for new food!!! My family immediately left, but our friends later informed us that the man who came to the table was only the assistant manager and that the manager had been back in the kitchen the whole time!!! I guess this wasnt a big priority!! My husband and I have both worked in the restaurant business and have never seen anything like this! I have seen better comps for people who have just had bad service or bad food!!!
