Provided by DexKnowsI took my Dodge into them and the they said it was fixed. Got home ,drove truck the next day for five minutes and no AC and $1000 down. Took truck back to them and then they wanted another $1100 to fix a problem they should have already caught in thier check. ( ACE said is was the compressor!!) They did a check of the system because they charged me for it. Why,,,and I say again,,,,Why was this not checked. I ended up taking the truck to Dodge and they where even cheaper then ACE. I feel they are not truthful with what they say. I really felt lied to when I left. I would never let someone leave my buisness and not be happy. If I missed a problem then its on ME. To have someone bring an auto to them and leave and claim that ITS FIXED then I bring it back, then it should be on them. I own a buisness and If I have to come back to a customer then I fix it on MY TIME. It makes me sick that buisnesses throw it right back on the customer. Again this is another customer service problem. I left very unhappy with how I was treated. Its truly a shame when the dealership can beat ACE's prices. I will never take anything to these people.

Provided by DexKnowsI took my vehicle there while under warranty. They couldn't tell me what was wrong so later on when it got worse and no longer was under warranty, I paid $2000 to have it fixed. But I did find out from the Drivetime warranty department that Ace had charged them over $200 to fix another problem on the vehicle that I only asked about. I never had the problem fixed because I didn't think it was covered. I guess it was covered. I just wish they had actually done the work that they charged the company for. That way I wouldn't have had to had it done by a good garage later on. Anyone who will falsely charge a warranty dept. for work they didn't do, will falsley charge you as well. Good luck!

BEING A WOMEN I WAS SKEPTICAL OF AUTO REPAIR ESTABLISHMENTS, NOT HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THAT AREA (CAR REPAIRS) I FEEL THAT I AM AN EASY TARGET FOR SOME ONE TO RIP OFF! ### ON FIRST IMPRESSIONS THE BUSINESS WAS VERY MODERN AND CLEAN THE WAITING ROOM WAS LARGE WITH A VERY CLEAN RESTROOMS AND A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. THE INTAKE STAFF (A WOMEN) WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR TWO YEARS ,I HAVE NOW FOUND A PLACE TO GET ALL OF MY AUTO REPAIRS DONE NOT JUST A/C. I SEND ALL OF MY FRIEND AND CO-WORKERS THERE. THIS IS A PLACE WERE YOU CAN TRUST THEM WITH YOUR NEEDS AND I FEEL THAT THEY WILL NEVER SELL ME ANY THING THAT I DON'T NEED. IN FACT NOW I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANY WHERE ELSE AND THATS ONE PROBLEM SOLVED IN LIFE WHERE DO I TAKE MY CAR FOR AUTO REPAIRS? ACE AUTO AIR & AUTO CARE INC.!!!!!!!!!!!!
