One of your employees just said they do not have on call people now you say they do. Who is telling the truth? You guys can't even get your stories straight. Shows what kind of company you are. Actually there were 9 people in the accident so these comments are not all from me. Get your stories straight. They didn't like your service either!,

That man on call 24/7 is my husband and has been towing for over 16 years there is no office open on weekends and your lucky you found one to do you a favor ONE STAR WOMAN.... you say your a manager well where is your respect for an employee that is on call day and night rain or shine the drivers there are hard workers and superior owners are not just there bosses (MANAGERS) but family. they are very family oriented and care about there employees and there family, I guess that shows your character if your management because I'm sure you wouldn't want to leave your family to do a stranger a favor on a holiday weekend AFTER HOURS but here is the kicker THEY ALL WILL AT SUPERIOR that my one star friend is how they are!!

sounds to me like great customer service is letting you get your stuff even if you have to pay whatever fee when they are closed
