If your wanting to sell or buy a home and call them GOOD LUCK!! getting a call back the day you call, however they do call back the next 1 or 2 days later but they call when your not home, at work, etc. and you call back to them you always get a machine and leave your message and then it's the same cycle over and over again you just can't talk to no agent. So I suggest move on to another company that wants to make money and work with you because if they do this phone thing that they are doing now you might lose a buyer for your home. This tells me these people make enough money and really don't need your bussiness.
