Have been here for 1 year now and couldn't be happier....Made a good choice. Management is Awesome and neighbors are very friendly....Clean & neat park...also very quiet and everyone has been wonderful...Activities are many and so much fun...If your not happy then you never will be..Just saying ! Great Park and so country !

PLEASE READ!! Beware of this management in park! had friend apply to get in park at 50.00 for him and 50.00 for his mom 96 years old and got turn down for a speeding ticket from 13 years ago!! will not give him copy of report he paid for or tell him who reported it it could be reported wrong. He paid 50.00 for the report he should be entitled to a copy. So now the lady he was going to buy from, he had to cxl. deal. The park turns away everybody because they know she cant keep paying lot rent for 2 homes so she'll have to give it away to the park to avoid extra lot rent. These people are CONS!! Check out facebook, craigslist, tweeter for whole story, UNBELIEVABLE!! they got 100.00 out of my friend and a beautiful mobile home from one of tennets, they know she can't afford 2 lots rents. They aren't worth one star! Ask question before you give up 50.00 ea. to those CONS only to find out they have no rentals. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! never encounterd anything like it
