Love the groomers, everyone is nice and experienced and my dogs look great. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

My first visit was above par even though the person running the front desk was rude the groomer was amazing. Absolutely wonderful with my dog. Just WONDERFUL!!!! That said, my second visit had a new crop of faces and these girls definitely left a lot too be desired. The young woman running the office that day was a bit brusque, but my real disappointment was that against my wishes my dog was clearly a rushed job and as a result.... :( Anyway, for those of you out there, if this is now the norm..... Save your money!!!!!!

The owner and her daughter were very rude. I took my Yorkie's there.Do not trim with scissors more than an inch and shape face up and cut nails. No razors due to sensitive skin. Not only did they say 1-2 hrs, but I dropped Dog at 9am,came at 12pm and still was not finished, when they brought him to me, My mouth dropped, he was shaved so bad and short, it did not even look like my dog, she said he barks alot and upset the other dogs so they had to hurry? He also was very lethargic. They had shaved him 2-3 inches and it was terrible. I paid,which they never said anything but Sorry.I called the owner that Monday and complained and she said her daughter had done him. The owner cussed and ended up hanging up on me. I not only had to take him to vet the next morning from skin irritations, but also Lice. It was horrible, The vet charged $100.00 and it has taken him 6 months to grow his hair back from that horrible experience. I would not take my other Yorkies there is it was the last place.
