Just had 4 appliances delivered and installed today by Exclusive Enterprises (purchased from Home Depot). Jeremy and his partner went above and beyond and did any amazing job for us. We are more than satisfied and can highly recommend them. Jeremy was extremely personable, friendly, informative, helpful and did everything with a big smile on his face. We were very impressed!

Kim and Millie who work for Exclusive Enterprises are the most *rude* young women I have spoken to in a long time. There is no excuse for behavior such as theirs when you job is to accommodate a customer. They would not last long at my business.

I have cancelled an order for an oven from Home Depot due to the shoddy delivery service of Exclusive Enterprise. After driving over 2 hours to meet the delivery truck at my rental house at 8 in the morning in Gainesville they did not have the courtesy of calling my phone or leaving a note at the door to tell me they had been there or to find out if I was in the area. I missed them by 4 minutes and then spent over 2 hours on the phone with Depot Direct on a Sat trying to find out if it could be redelivered the same day. A similar situation happened another time when I had someone local try to meet them at the house. They never called or left a note. Today they lied to Depot Direct they had called my cell phone and I did not answer so they drove away. Do not order from Home Depot or GE if this company will be delivering your appliance.

Lousy customer service. Lied to Home Depot that they called my cell phone and did not leave a note at my house when they supposedly were at my rental property and found no one home.Depot Direct could not get them on the phone to call me or ask for a redelivery. They supposedly were at my house at 8:12 and I was there at 8:15. This was the second time this happened with this particular delivery. Do no use this company. I ended up calling Home Depot to cancel my order and went to Lowes and ordered the same appliance knowing the delivery would be made by a local Lowes truck.
