If you are looking for a caring therapist who you will actually push you to grow, then Dr. Mruz if your guy! I have sat in a few different therapy offices and there are a wide range of approaches. Dr. Mruz gave me feedback and did not just ask the typical questions such as, 'how does that make your feel?' He is an active participant in bringing you into awareness of your patterns and blockages and then how to work to move beyond them. His approach is emotional centered and experiential. This was good for me since I tend to over think things and try to have an intelligence war with some therapists. Though it was not alway comfortable, I knew I had an unbiased place to go find healing and growth through the process. Dr. Mruz provided this for me and a few others I know.
