If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is awful! The staff argues with each other in their foreign language and will not listen to what the customer asks at all! The final straw was last week when 2 of the male workers were arguing WHILE working on customers nails! Suddenly one guy just stood up grabbed his stuff and left with his customer sitting with foil on her nails! The crazy manager just started shouting at all of them never addressing or apologizing to the ladies that were the victims of these two guys. Very unprofessional and hostile environment! Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Worst place ever!!!!! Don't go here for anything! It's very unorganized and messy. I had never been here before this time and I am never coming back. They are rude to customers and don't pay attention to their work. They don't take the time to listen to what customers are saying and argue with them instead of assisting them.They're just concerned as to what everyone else is doing. I decided to get my face waxed and usually these places have a back room that they take you to to get a wax, so that you could have their undivided attention. Here, they sit you in a chair in the front of the store and begin waxing without asking anything. I told the lady multiple times to only wax around my eyebrows and trim them only a tiny bit, but this lady would not listen to a word I was saying! Every time that I went to explain something, she would interrupt and just say that she'll make them "beautiful". I don't know about others, but my definition of beautiful is completely different from hers. She ended up making them obnoxiously thin and took out so much hair from in between my eyebrows. It looked AWFUL! And there was nothing I could do after that. I had to get the other side to match the side she already did. Throughout the whole waxing process, she stopped several times to assist other customers, while I had hot wax on my face. I'm NEVER coming here again.

I have been going to this spa for several months. They are very nice and pleasant and do a very good job on the maicures and pedicures. I have always had nice warm water with the specialist doing a great job on both my feet and hands. I had a facial also and it was wonderful....GREAT PLACE. I would reccomend to all my friends. I have even taken my best friend there and she loved it!!!

What a horrible experience! My first visit to this nail salon was in 2010. I decided to "splurge" on their $30 deluxe pedicure. Their hot stone massage ended up burning my skin and I had red splotches all over my legs to prove it. The pedicurist did not seem to care. I paid for the service and left, deciding to end the torture there. Well, 2011 has rolled around and not many nail salons are open on Sunday's in Ocala, so I decided to give this place a second shot. I opted for the basic pedicure. After waiting 15 minutes for a chair, they had my feet soaking for almost 30 minutes before the pedicure began. The woman seemed to give my pedicure very minimal attention, as she was focused on some other customer's children running around the salon. When she rinsed the exfoliation lotion from my leg, she used very cold water. Then, after painting my nails, she propped a plastic fan against my legs in order to let the polish dry. For someone who isn't very picky, I was very, very disappointed.
