      Agricon does have the best prices in our area - so they get 2 stars. But, after they make the sale their customer service and all the promises they made prior to the sale, evaporate. In our experience, their service department is inept. They are sloppy and careless. We had some insurance work done and part of it was left incomplete. When notified, they stated I would have to pay for the delivery for them to even look at the issues - and they would not look at photographs. Further, there were some improperly routed hydraulic hoses that were damaged accordingly. We flagged each hose and asked Agricon to inspect them. They stated they were fine. Not too long later, one hose burst. Agricon refused to replace it. The issue was taken up with KUBOTA, and KUBOTA confirmed there were 5 misrouted hoses and they should have been replaced under warranty. I'm now working with a local dealer to get all the work completed - under the same insurance claim and warranty. In all of this, KUBOTA shines.
