Went thru drive thru to place order.: 2 beefy 5 layer burritos, 2 chicken quesadillas, 1hard shell taco, and received 2 quesarito or 2 xxl grilled stuft burrito(don't know what these are, so do not know which ones we received instead of the 2 chicken quesadillas. Also waited in line over 20 min. after ordering. This is not the first time our order has been wrong. Have been trying to call their phone number,, and it rang off the hook and then went to fax machine... Finally got them on the phone, and the young female manager apologized (short of help and new employees).Felt sorry for her. Maybe Taco Bell needs to pay more or get an efficiency expert in there to teach the employees how to be more efficient. Light a fire under them!

This is the most pleasant taco bell that I've been to. All employees are very respectful an kind to all customers
