We are a six person firm with a diverse experience in a wide range of businesses for accounting as well as tax planning and preparation. We also offer financial planning and wealth management services and pride ourselves in coordinating the tax and investment strategies under one roof. We offer new business consulting and choice of entity counseling. We can assist with incorporation, along with negotiating the maze of registrations with federal and state agencies that are necessary with a new business.
