This place is run like a very bad used car dealership. You aren't allowed to browse without a sales agent with a list of pre approved campers to show you. The place is just jam packed with sales agents who seem to have no idea where they're going, what they're doing, or who's going to help you. Plus, we called when we were on the way down from Cleveland and told them specifically we were looking for a fifth wheel trailer with bunk beds. We got down there and they had one to show us even though the sales rep on the phone said he was going to pull up a list for us to look at. Turns out, on the paper he wrote that we were looking for a "used cheap fifth wheel" when we said nothing about used or cheap, and that was very offensive to learn that that's what they thought about us. We were prepared to purchase anything that fit us, new or used, cash. We were not looking for cheap. Just because we have a good handful of kids doesn't mean we're poor. Very bad business practices. We'd already been to a few different dealerships before stopping, and this was our worst experience. Pricing and selection was average, nothing you can't find somewhere else with better service.

I have given them one star because there is no lower rating to give!! We had repairs done on our camper due to a water leak, the work looked as if a 10 year old did it. After 3 months and numerous visits / rejections of their work we finally got it back. Still not great but acceptable.
