We will go over the very basics of inverting, and the building blocks to set yourself up with a strong, solid invert. Get ready to sweat, as this class is drill based and is an intense workout. You may start this class at any time. This is the invert class to take until you are able to lift into a basic invert. No need to bring heels, as we like to save those for after you can safely invert and dismount. Level: newbie, beginning
- Beginning InvertsSo you've got your basic invert or are very close to it, and are ready to move on to the fun stuff. This class will teach you how to do various dismounts from the basic invert, as well as basic invert variations using leg holds, single leg holds. You may also learn variation on grips such as the split grip. You may take this class after you have taken Intro to Inverts. Feel free to bring your heels, as we work on getting into our invert and dismounting while wearing them. Level: beginning, intermediate
- Invert MadnessFor this class, you better be walking in the door upside-down! This class required you to be able to pop up into an invert while wearing heels with no problem. This class teaches more intermediate and advanced invert variations and may go over invert combinations as well as pole tricks involving inverts. Level: intermediate, advanced
