Established in 1962, Steel Fabricators is a provider of structural steel fabrication, design, engineering and erection services throughout the Southeast and the Caribbean. Steel Fabricators deals in various contracting arrangements, including competitive bid, negotiated contract, design build and fast-track projects. Its capabilities include computer-aided design and manufacturing; panelized joist, deck and girder systems; and computerized welding equipment. It has served various clients worldwide and has undertaken several projects, including Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Tri-Rail County Rail Station in Dania, Fla.; Miami International Airport in Miami; Clifton Pier Power Station in the Bahamas; and Taif Military Hospital in Saudi Arabia. Located in Oakland Park, Fla., Steel Fabricators is certified by the American Institute of Steel Construction.
