Update June 1, 2017: After reading the bad (but entirely truthful) reviews I submitted, the owner contacted me to let me know that he would send me a refund of all the money that I gave him as a deposit. I gave him my work address and h assured me that the deposit was on its way. Three weeks later, I have not received my refund. I contacted him and he said that he indeed he did send me the refund. Moreover, h said he sent it certified and has the return receipt to prove it. I asked him to send me an image of the receipt. He has not responded and continues to avoid any communication with me. I consider this to be another example of deceptive and dishonest business practice. I will now update all my reviews along with filing suit against him in small claims court. Additionally, the Better Business Bureau has rated his company D+ for his failure to assist with resolve this matter. Once again, unless you give him no money up front AT ALL, do not hire him.DISHONEST CONTRACTOR!!!! Beware!!! He takes the money and runs. I gave this man (who claims to be licensed and insured) a deposit in good faith for him to supply a granite slab, fabrication, installation with a stainless steel sink. He missed 3 appointments to install. The first two missed appointments were followed with multiple apologies and promises to show up the next time. The last appointment (which he said he was 100% committed to completing the job) was followed with no contact from him whatsoever. I called and texted him and he did not respond. In fact, he stopped taking my calls all together. He is irresponsible, unreliable, dishonest and, without a doubt, a thief. Strong words, but what would you call someone who takes your money and gives you nothing. If I wanted to give away $2500, I would have chosen a worthy charity. Save your money and find someone with a verifiable track record of honest business practices.!!!Once again, unless you give him no money up front AT ALL, do not hire him.
