I called Mr Stein to get some advice on a real estate matter. He right away asked me for all my info (name, phone #, address etc), he said he would call me in an hour and give me a free consultation. 90 minutes went by and he never called. So I called him. After being left on hold for 12 minutes he returns to the phone. When I mentioned I called him only because I never heard back from him, he said he could have a consultation now, but he would need a $150 credit card payment! I mentioned to him that earlier he said it would be free. He then claimed he never said that. This guy plays into the total sterotype of dishonest lawyers.
