I gave them two stars even though we have been a long time customer, lately, the company turned into money-makers. Second to the last service, they sent a technician who did not know what he is doing. Cleaned the evaporator and charged us $495.00 for the service. In the evening, the AC stopped working completely. They can't come to fix the A.C. The next day, they sent an older technician, and told us that the evaporator need to be replaced. It cost us another $600+ the service. I called them today, the condensing unit failed and they recommended to replace the unit instead of the compressor. They wanted to charge us 1900.00 to replace the unit + labor. We asked around and found one, same part#, same warranty, etc for $780.00. We told them about their price is too high. Not only they attacked the vendor, they alienated us too for charging $230. for the service which was not done. So I fired them today & went to look for a new company. The co. seems to be having financial difficulty.
