Resco is a housing and recreational development company located in the Detroit suburb of Oakland, Mich. The company is responsible for developing more than 15,000 home sites in more than 100 subdivisions, shopping centers and offices and industrial centers. Its completed projects include: Gateway, which is located north of Detroit Metropolitan; a 27-hole course near Union Lake in Commerce Township, Mich.; and the Twin Lakes Golf and Swim Club in Oakland. Gateway offers 650 homes and condominiums. Twin Lakes has 197 single-family homes priced from $510,000 to more than $1 million.
