Their team worked hard to get me the deal I needed but what really impressed me was the level of service I have received after the purchase. There's tons of technology on these things these days and I appreciate that the service department is there to take care of any problems I have. I just found them to be honest, fair, and extremely interested in making sure we were happy. It was a breath of fresh air.

The dodge didn't want to start this morning but I finally got it running. Sounded like a starter ,but I'm not a mechanic by any means.. I took it to Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep at 7:30 am to let them know what issue I was having and in a matter of minutes I had a set of keys thrown to me to take a loaner vehicle. Patriot is definitely the only place I would take my vehicle for service. I have never had a dealership that took the time and care that they take with me. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from them and would never even shop another dealer. You won't find better customer service anywhere.

Best service department in the area! They fixed my issue quickly and offered me a loaner at no charge while they fixed my car. They listened to my concerns and I felt like they really cared about my business. This was my first visit to Patriot, but they earned my business and I would refer all of my friends to them.

Best Body Shop in the area! My Dodge Durango was finished quickly and came back cleaner than when I took it to them. I had to stop a few times during the week to get things out of my durango and they were very nice about it! Their professionalism and quality of work earned them an A+ in my book!! Highly recommended!

I have taken my 2012 vehicle to the service department twice. On both occasions they have damaged my interior to the point where parts needed to be replaced. This requires me to find more time off work to take my vehicle back in to fix the damage they did. They also leave grease and oil stains all over my carpet and seat, which my husband has to shampoo out when i get home. To make matters worse, they never tell me damage was incurred when I go to pay for the service, I don't find out until I get back in my jeep to leave. I will NEVER have my vehicle serviced here again.
