The company also provides injection smoking, slicing, microwave cooking and interleaving services. Oakland Foods is a division of OSI Industries, which operates a specialty plant that produces patties, nuggets, balls, links and bites in various shapes and sizes. OSI Industries serves clients in Iowa and Illinois.
