Rags like Rags is rights. This guy took $450 for several suits, took my money, moved out, and didn't deliver on time. I called him, he said he would deliver, led me on for months. and then played games and stopped returning calls, texts etc. He even had a young child answer his phone once and say it was a wrong number. He is a con man. Then he emailed me back a year later. We talked on the phone and he had his excuses, I being patient and considerate accepted politely. This time, he played games again and never sent anything. He just led me on, caused more frustration, and I'm short $450 bucks and time. He's not just a con, he's a deceptive pathological liar and I think he gets off on it. Just because I don't live in the city, he thinks he can get away with it. I'm going to report him to every authority and public listing I can find.
