Goldstone Management oversees this property and Pual Goldstone is the sole manager. He is the most difficult and disrespectful property manager I have ever seen.

Not only have we gone through I think five-building managers but two of those managers that I know of quit because of the unjust manner of the property owner.

Tenants have had to deal with our building not being cleaned for almost two years, black mold in the laundry room, break-ins in the building, and months of unanswered emails for maintenance requests or complaints. It wasn't until the residents got together to push for legal action if he didn't get the work done.

The owner has shown a pattern of disrespect and no accountability for his actions or lack thereof. I do not recommend renting from Goldstone Management at all.
