Established in 1954, Murakami Nelson Architectural is one of the oldest architectural firms in the East Bay. Based in Oakland, Calif., the company provides an array of services in urban planning; new buildings, adaptive re-use, historic preservation, programming, space planning, and tenant improvements, to name a few. The firm has worked in projects in a variety of domains, including civic, commercial, educational, planning and residential.
