Conveniently located on High Street next to the 880 freeway, our 7-acre facility is lumber yard, builders hardware store, window and door showroom, covered wood storage and warehouse. We carry a complete selection of quality lumber and wood products including; framing, engineered, FSC Certified and pressure treated lumber, redwood and composite decking, cedar and redwood fencing, OSB, plywood, mouldings and siding. We offer a wide assortment of construction and building materials, hardware, tools and accessories. Our Window & Door showroom carries all of the major brands of windows, doors, skylights and architectural hardware. From new, replacement or custom, our experienced staff of fully trained window and door specialists will work with you every step of the way. For the contractor we offer complete milling services on site, plan take-offs, blue print services, and our fleet of trucks deliver to the greater San Francisco Bay Area.Founded in 1935, Economy Lumber Company is family owned and located in Oakland, Calif.

We have been doing business with Economy Lumber for at least two years now. During that time they have been nothing less than excellent. Their employees are knowledgable of the products they sell, service is excellent, and they assist the customer wiothout fail.
