Crane Management was established with the goal to provide East Bay Area property owners with high quality and long term management services in all aspects of single family and apartment management. These management services will be tailored to each client?s needs and highly adaptable to a changing rental market and tenant base. We take a hands-on, personalized and service oriented approach to property management by providing the conduit between owners, their real estate, and their tenants. The founder, has a background in real estate brokerage and property management which allows for a unique management style in which a property is treated as an investment vehicle without diminishing from the personal service desired by both the property owner and tenant. In addition, we specialize only in the management of residential property in the East Bay Area and exclude activities that would take away from the management focus such as the sale of investment property. All of the above management aspects combine to make the best management solution for East Bay Area property owners.
