      I offer individual and couples psychotherapy for adults and older adolescents, looking for help with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, stress, work life balance, chronic illness, fertility issues, ethnocultural issues, making self a priority, and blockages to creativity. Psychotherapy involves a self paced exploration of the feelings, thoughts and behaviors that cause pain or difficulty in your life. Talking through problems in a safe environment helps you develop understanding and insight into your concerns, creating a path for change and healing. It can help you learn more effective strategies to reach your goals, helping you to meet life head on, with courage and creativity, and fully experience what life has to offer.
      Location
      My office is located in the Rockridge area of Oakland a few blocks from the Rockridge BART station. It is also easily accessible on Highway 24.
