Established in 1971, La Cl nica de La Raza is one of the largest community health centers in the San Francisco and serves more than 43,500 patients. The center provides a range of health care services that includes pediatrics, family medicine, dental and vision. It provides nutrition, social, in-patient care, and community- and clinic-based health education services. The center also offers women s and mental health care services. It provides laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, and family planning services. In addition, the center offers advocacy, referral, case management, and couple, individual and group counseling services.
