Look at the review from 2007. Well today is 2012 and NOTHING has changed. All that was written in that review is the honest truth. I have NO idea HOW they can be in business and they have the assumption they are doing their job. They have NO idea what is going on nor do they try and get involved or take action. Every time you call them, you get no reply or return call. They are full of excuses and have no answers and produce any results and when they do it takes 6 months and it is still incomplete and they have charged you to much for the service. I have lived in many managed properties and this company is by far the worst that I have seen. The worst part about it is they have no conscience or remorse for the lack of involvement. They are unorganized, unprofessional, nonresponsive to tenant’s wishes or needs, never return phone calls and cannot manage the funds, people or property. They have a very small inadequate staff that follows the leader and never seems to ever be ahead of the game. They are always 6 months behind on the "few" things that they attempted to do. ALL of their work is incomplete!! I can’t even tell you how many tenants left because they all stated that Adept never takes care of “ANYTHING” They do NOT even deserve a star!

George is very rude and defensive. I've asked for problems to be resolved in our complex and he makes you feel like you are a nuisance for calling. His staff makes false promises by not resolving issues concerning safety and repairs. I believe he is only out to take the money and do as little as possible. He has a staff on site a couple of days in the week but is hardly out on the grounds. I would not recommend this property management to anyone!!!
