• Kitchen Remodeling
  In December of 2002 the operation was moved to 81 Keyland Court, Bohemia. Some of the older equipment was brought to the new facility. New equipment was purchased to keep up with the changes and demands on the Millwork Industry. 81 Keyland Court is a state of the art facility where Fine Cabinetry and Millwork are produced.
• Flooring
  A Weinig Six Head Molder produces Crown, Flooring, Casing, and Trim. To compliment the molder a Rondamat 960 makes all the blades for the Molder. The shop is equipped with a U S Concepts Molder that is designed to make Curved Crown, Casing, and etc.

Construction

• New Construction
  Our Company, Keyland Millwork, has been engaged in residential construction for 40 years. The early work history of the company was spent on remodeling work: - in particular, old estates. Issuing from that work came a better understanding of home construction and problems that were built into many homes. Over time, new home construction became the larger part of our work load. With the remodeling background, together with exposure and problems encountered on old homes, a superior level of construction and quality techniques ere developed to be used on our new home fabrication. These features were employed in specifications, which are now part of our home construction technique. Our company believes that the most important factor in the construction business is the skilled tradesmen who performs his specification well. Workmanship and dedication to his trade, together with good planning, are factors that distinguish a Great Home. We continue to build to a high standard.

  Working with you over the past years @ Owls Nest has been a pleasure. Rarely have I worked with a builder who was as professional and helpful as you and your team. From the permitting process through the quality of detailing on all of the landscape construction your work has been superb. You and your subs have always delivered the highest quality craftsmanship. Even with a project of this scope and complexity the process has always been well organized and your suggestions have been invaluable.

• Carpentry
  His knowledge and experience, as well as his ongoing efforts to stay current with the newer building materials and practices have heen invaluable. His millwork shop produces some of the finest products imaginable, and the carpentry work on site is flawless.
• Insulation
  For years I have known and worked with Jim Gerold of Gerold Brothers, and it has always been a pleasure. Jim Gerold's experience, expertise and professionalism make for a highly successful collaboration between client, builder, and architect. Gerold Brothers' attention to construction detail is equal to the craftsmanship produced by George, Mike and Chris in Jim's Cabinet and Trim Shop. The precision and care with which Gerold Brothers craft roof flashing, construction connections, insulation, waterproofing, is equal to their architectural moldings, flooring, built-ins and cabinetry. The end result is a piece of architecture that is built to provide the client with years of enjoyment.
