Engineering & Construction Innovations, also known as ECI, is a full-service heavy civil construction and engineering firm that specializes in tunnel and geotechnical construction, microtunneling, and shaft, dam, sewer, water system and structural rehabilitation. Established in 1999, it serves various public and heavy industrial clients in the western United States in addition to the Midwest. Engineering & Construction Innovations offers services related to braced excavations, pipe jacking, and sanitary and potable water pipelines.
