Took my computer in for missing screen screws and a broken hinge cover. They had it 3 months and never fixed it! It was excuse after excuse on delayed shipping, no shipping every excuse you could imagine! After 3 months I had my son demand our computer back! When we arrived to pick it up Samual handed me a box of parts! They completely took it apart including the hard drive! As I was leaving Samual said I'm sorry I couldn't help you...I told him there was nothing I could say thank you for! Oakdale deserves better! Ps he said he gave me all the parts he did order... Nothing was inside the box of parts! Get the word out so Oakdale can get better service!

Took my computer in for service. I knew the age of it, so I asked for options. I had been looking and pricing online. they matched or beat what I found and gave me a great price to build it. Service was top shelf, and if I didn't understand something. they explained it, No surprises! they did have a little trouble getting one of the parts (video card) so they upgraded it at no charge. Told them what I wanted and I got it. thanks guys!!

Absolutely horrible customer service! They promised my laptop back and didn't have it ready the day I was told...three times...the employee was rude and unprofessional!!!

Do Not go to this business! I took in an external hard drive to be worked on & was told it was the box the drive was in that had the problem. They said they would order another one. I had them plug in the hard drive itself out of it's external box to make sure all the pictures (9,000 pictures) were still there. I was told & then saw for myself that all 9,000 of my pictures were still there. 3 weeks later I get a call telling me that the hard drive has failed & they can't retrieve my pictures & that I'm going to have to take it to a computer retrieval place to get my pictures retrieved. They refused to take responsibility for the fact that all my data was there when I left & then it failed while in their possession!! So I'm having to foot the bill, which will be any where from $350-$800 to retrieve my pictures AFTER they broke it!! I even got yelled at on the phone!! This place should be avoided at all costs!!!
