My husband went to laser concepts years ago to quit smoking. Although he did quit for a little while, he started back up a few months later. This past spring he decided to give it another try. He only did the 1st initial visit and didnt go back within 30 days for the free session because he was doing so well. 6 months later he had a cigar and the started smoking them regularly. I emailed Laurie from laser concepts and explained to her that i knew it was well passed the 30 days but would she be willing to give him a discount to come back in. She emailed me back agreeing to only charge him $70 for a single session, but has since stop responding to me at all. Ive called and emailed several times for over a month now to try and set up an appointment but she does not answer or return my phone calls and does not reply to my emails. Why not just tell me no to the discount instead of saying yes and then completely blowing me off? I would suggest taking your money elsewhere. Ive looked up other places in the chicagoland area and they are not only cheaper, but you get more for your money. Wish i would have looked them up before spending my money here.
