I went to dr najaw today thinking I was going to get in and out. That clearly did not happen. I had an appt at 10:30 I told them I can't be here long I have to go to work... I kept waiting and this walk-in comes in and she takes her before me. I approached the front desk and they told najaw what happened. And najaw comes up to me yelling at me saying I'm so busy why r u complaining and I said it was because u guys told a walk in before me she was so unprofessional and started yelling I front of everyone and at me for talking a walkin before me. This is the worst dentist ever and I highly don't recommend anyone to go there. They are always eating and laughing at people and take walk in before clients that had appoint ts for months ! Rude people no dr should ever yell at a guest. They should be investigated by the government.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shaja for over 5 years now and I find these reviews very untrue and even offensive! If you have negative speculations of any kind why dont you discuss them with Dr. Shaja herself rather than slander her name on this website. Dr. Shaja is a great dentist and an even better person. She cares for all her patients and has given me discounts I cant find anywhere else. The Oak Park office has been newly remodeled and the new Sterling Heights office is BEAUTIFUL! The completely new front desk staff is also far more professional than the previous one "go check it out for yourself"

Dr. Shaja and her clinic is terrible. You usually wait 40min - 1hr before seeing the hygenist or dentist, even if you had an appointment schedulued months before. Walk-ins take precedence. The dentist main focus is money, which is why she recently opened another clinic. The lady's at the counter (mostly her family) don't even know how to schedule appointments - they have screwed mine up every time, and they speak about people negatively in there native language (arabic) - who wait patiently/or who ask questions. They comment to each other about how they like them or not. The Oak Park office is very old and outdated. Again, go check it out for yourself if you don't believe me, but I promise you that you will waste your time. I think insurance companies should investigate her claims more closely. Half the time the Dentist is speaking about modifying payment methods/services.

dont ever go or work for this lady!! shes a crook and will try to make every dollar off of you and has the worst customer service.
