This Taylory shop was horrible. The building is infested with who knows what. The craftmanship was outrageously improffesional, my suit has been destroyed due to the tailoring machine error. The customer service embarrasing on the owners part, when I ask questions I don't get a straight forward answer, but rather, I get an answer with such a heavy accent, that it sounds like a different language. This tailor shop garbage is a disgrace to the city of Ferndale and Oak Park. I would never suggest this to a friend, don't waste your time with this.

James the Tailor is amazing! I have used him a dozen or so times and every time I am 110% satisfied. He has the highest quality standards and can turn around any garment in 24 hours for an extremely reasonable price. I will be bringing all of my wardrobe additions to James for the next many years to come .
