We provide an extensive list of roofing solutions including roof replacements, roof repairs, roof maintenance, and new roof installations. Our knowledge extends to many different roofing products including smooth & granulated polymer-modified bitumen (APP, SBS [torch applied or self-adhering]), asphalt shingles, cedar shingles, metal roofs, TPO, acrylic, silicone, and EPDM.We are partnered and certified through several roofing product manufacturers including PolyGlass and CertainTeed. Our manufacturer certifications allow us to provide the best warranties in the industry. The warranties are provided by the manufacturer and cover both materials and labor costs. Warranties are awarded immediately after our installation and are extended. For example, a torch-applied granulated polymer-modified bitumen roof system replacement would provide a manufacturer-issued 25 or 30-year material & labor warranty instead of the standard 15-year warranty seen across the industry.Our sister outfit Third Coast Adjusters provides start-to-finish claims management solutions for Chicago and the greater area. Highly certified in Xactimate and Symbility, Third Coast Adjusters possess the knowledge to settle your claim accurately and efficiently. Many of their adjusters are former staff & independent adjusters with many years in the claims industry. Upon initial claim inspections, Third Coast Exteriors makes any necessary measures to mitigate further loss.
