Our mother lives here and has gone from Independent living to TCU to Assisted living in the past few months. This facility is so large they have no communication from one unit to the next. Her moves have been nothing short of a nightmare for us. For the exorbitant prices they charge they should be better at what they do. You are basically paying to live in a fancy building with a lack of action from the staff you are paying to help take care of their residents.
